How long are your rental agreements?

All of our rental agreements are on a month-to-month basis. We do, however, offer specials for longer term tenants.

What are your hours?

Our office is opened weekdays and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Sundays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Customers can access their belongings seven days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm

How much notice do I have to give before I move out?

We request 15 days written notice.

Do you prorate my move out?

Yes, so long as you move out prior to the 15th day of the month.

Do you offer packing supplies?

We offer a wide variety of moving and packing supplies in our office. Our facility managers will be happy to help determine your needs.

How safe are my belongings?

Our facility was built with safety and security in mind. The entire property is fenced in and we have 24 hour videotaped surveillance. In addition, we have facility managers who live on the property. The facility's interior and exterior are well-lit. Each unit door is individually alarmed and everyone who enters the facility has his/her unique security code that they must enter in order to gain access to the property. That code allows them entrance into only their unit.

Are there drive up units available?

Yes. A large number of our units have access directly from the drive aisles. Our remaining units are all on the ground level and most only a short walk from the exterior doors.

Do you offer climate controlled units?

Yes, both of our facilities offer a large number of climate controlled units designed to protect your goods from extreme temperatures. Climate control is available in all unit sizes.

Do you offer insurance for my goods?

If your homeowners' or rental policy does not provide coverage for your goods in storage, we offer tenant insurance through an unrelated party, The Bader Company.

Monthly premiums are modestly priced and we highly recommend that you make certain that you have adequate protection for your items.

How do I pay my monthly bill?

Paying your bill is easy. You can drop a check off at the office, phone in a credit card, or process a payment online at our website. We also offer a monthly automatic credit card payment option.
